Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless a product is defective, incorrect, or damaged in the shipping process.
Defective product must be reported to us within two weeks after you receive it. A return of a defective product may be required.
If a Vinyl LP or a CD is defective, we will replace it with another copy, OR we will issue a store credit for use in our online store. Credit Card refunds may not be available. Each order will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
